The British Veterinary Zoological Society (BVZS) invites you to our annual conference, held at Conference Aston in Birmingham from 22nd-24th November 2024. The conference boasts a wide and diverse range of presentations covering zoo, wildlife and exotic species (NTCAs), suitable for vets, nurses and students. We are excited this year to also be able to again offer round-table discussions and masterclasses covering a variety of interesting topics, such as the challenges and opportunities in wildlife trade research, emergency and critical care of exotic pets, a round table discussion on analgesia used for routine neutering in exotic mammals, as well as many exciting case reports and research discussions, covering a wide range of species.
This year, on Friday evening, we are thrilled to once again offer our very popular student-mentor mixer, which this year will come with a surprise twist. Our AGM, as well as our Gala dinner and after dinner entertainment, will once again be held on Saturday, with the prize for the best scientific paper, and other prizes being awarded on Sunday.
