Meetings are held annually and provide a forum to discuss NEPARC projects, hear presentations on various herp conservation and research activities, network and enjoy the company of like-minded herp enthusiasts.

Registration:  Visit: https://www.regonline.com/NEPARC2016.  Registration fees are $70 for students, $120 for professionals.  Please register by August 1.  A limited number of walk-in registrations are available.

Presentations:  Deadline for submission of poster abstracts is July 26, 2015.  The deadline has passed for oral presentation abstracts.

Lodging:  Lodging will be provided on the GMC campus.

• Dorm- Single Occupancy (10 available) $35/night
• Dorm- Double Occupancy $25/night

*There will be bathroom facilities provided for campers at designated times each day.

Student Grants:  We are pleased to announce that we are offering up to 10 NEPARC student grants for those needing financial assistance to attend the annual meeting in August 2016. Student grants will result in free registration for the meeting.  Each recipient is expected to help with small tasks at the meeting (e.g., working the registration desk, helping move tables, etc.).  To apply for a grant, please email neparc2016@gmail.com with subject line “NEPARC MEETING GRANT.”  Applications are now due by July 18, 2016.  See our meeting webpage for more detail.

Meeting Sponsors and Silent Auction Items Needed:  Your donation of funds and silent auction items will provide important support for the conservation of herpetofauna in our region.
